Join Joff’s Yoga for climbers classes at either of Cape Town’s top gyms.
CityROCK Climbing Gym:
The CityROCK Cape Town Studio offers yoga from a spacious studio. It is advisable to arrive early as space is limited and classes work on a first come first served basis. Beginners and non-climbers are welcome to join.
Classes are included in the day pass for the climbing gym (R150 for Students, R180 for Adults) or purchase a CityROCK membership at the front desk. The day pass or membership gives you access to the 16m high climbing walls, gym, yoga, and showers.
Monday at 7pm
Arrive before the class and purchase a day pass or join as a climbing gym member. Remember to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. While mats are available for use at the gym it is best to plan ahead, or visit the gear store for an Asoka eco-mat.

Bloc 11 Climbing Gym:
The Bloc 11 Yoga Studio in Paarden Eiland offers classes included in the day pass and gym membership.
Wednesday 7pm
Book by emailing climb@bloc11.co.za or calling the Bloc 11 Paarden Eiland front desk and confirm your name, the date, and the time of the class.
Arrive before the class and purchase a day pass or membership. Remember to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
